1. Coupon Validity
  • The coupon is valid for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • After the expiry date, the coupon cannot be used under any circumstances.
2. Reservation Process
  • Prior booking by phone is mandatory before going to the center.
  • The reservation must be made by calling the phone number indicated on the coupon.
  • It is necessary to check the availability of the service before traveling.
  • It is recommended to book as far in advance as possible to ensure the desired time.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice regarding the appointment time.
  • If the 24-hour deadline is not respected, the service will be considered as completed and the coupon will be invalidated.
  • If you do not show up for the appointment without prior cancellation, the voucher will be considered used.
  • Cancellations must be communicated to the center by phone.
4. Return policy
  • No returns accepted once the coupon purchase has been made.
  • The amount paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies regardless of whether the service has been used or not.
  • The coupon is not redeemable for cash.
5. Coupon Presentation
  • It is essential to present the coupon (printed or in digital format) at the center before performing the service.
  • Without presenting the coupon, you will not be able to access the contracted service.
  • The coupon must be displayed legibly, allowing the unique code to be read.
  • It is recommended to bring the printed coupon to avoid technical problems with mobile devices.
6. Verification and Control
  • Each coupon has a associated unique code that identifies him individually.
  • Before the service is provided, the code will be verified in the system.
  • This verification checks:
    • The validity of the code
    • The coupon must not have expired.
    • That the service has not been used previously.
  • Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent coupons will be rejected.
